Guests can arrive from 16:00 to take a walk around the beautiful surroundings of the palace and to get settled.
Please do not arrive later than 16:30, because the ceremony will start promptly.

Shuttle Bus
For your convenience, a shuttle bus to the venue will be arranged by the couple. The shuttle bus will depart punctually at 15:30 from Plaza de Cibeles (Paseo del Prado 3) and at 15:45 from Plaza de Castilla (Paseo de la Castellana 214), we kindly ask all guests using this service to arrive by 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure all guest arrive in time to the venue.
Please note that free parking is available at the venue for those who prefer to drive.
To help us coordinate transportation, kindly indicate in your RSVP if you would like us to reserve a seat for you on the shuttle.
The contact person for the shuttle will be communicated two weeks before the celebration by email.
Other details
The celebration will take place outdoors, in a natural setting with stone and grass. Formal attire is required. We recommend choosing footwear you can dance with (avoid stiletto heels) and bringing a light jacket, as April weather can range from sunny to chilly.
